If you have to cancel or postpone
We ask that you call at least one hour in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment. And if you have to cancel an appointment we request that you do so 24 hours in advance. If you are receiving more than one treatment, especially a spa package, it is best to call 48 hours in advance.
